The terms for Access Desk software access, downloads and customer support.

Service and contact

Access Desk is a US-based software service operating under the Access Desk brand. For support, purchase disputes or privacy requests, contact ikr99111115@gmail.com. These terms apply to our Discord access service and the supplied desktop software. Discord’s own terms also apply when you use Discord or its checkout.

Your purchase

The planned offer is US$2,750 for one session token and one platform’s download: Windows or macOS. A single purchase does not include both. Review the selected platform, software requirements, availability and final price (including applicable tax or currency conversion) in Discord before paying. Purchases are one-time; we do not automatically renew them.

Sales availability is announced in Access Desk and shown in Discord’s checkout. This page does not accept payments. Windows packages remain an unsigned preview pending native Windows verification and are not currently offered for sale. The current Mac package is Developer ID signed but not notarized. Confirm compatibility with support before purchasing.

Activation and expiry

• Activate your code within 24 hours of issue. It binds to the first device that activates it. Keep the code and download link private.
• Activation alone does not start your session. Choose Start Session in the app when ready.
• A token provides up to four hours and 200 AI requests. Rate limits also apply, including practice limits of 20 requests per ten minutes and 100 per day.
• Access ends when that first session ends or 30 days after purchase, whichever comes first. Starting near day 30 shortens the session. Closing the app does not pause these deadlines.
• Online verification is required. Loss of verification locks app content within the short access lease, at most 30 seconds. Built-in practice and local history also become inaccessible through the app while locked.
• Completing a built-in mock does not end the session. Expired access requires another purchase or a new free code issued by the administrator.

A free replacement is a discretionary support option, including for a failed attempt; it is not an automatic entitlement or a promised result. Free codes have the same activation, device, session and 30-day limits measured from issue. Adding tokens to an expired grant does not reset its deadline.

Delivery and support

When paid checkout is enabled, verified payment triggers a private code and a download for your selected platform. Download links expire after one hour and can be refreshed only while the purchase remains eligible. If delivery is missing, use the available order-recovery/support commands or email us before buying again. Device loss or replacement requires support review.

Refunds and problems

Native purchases are processed by Discord and subject to its Refund Policy and Paid Services Terms. Discord currently states that one-time Premium App purchases are non-refundable. This does not remove rights you have under applicable law. Contact ikr99111115@gmail.com for delivery, compatibility or service disputes; Discord billing issues can also be raised through Discord billing support. A free replacement is separate from any refund right.

Use and limitations

This is AI-assisted preparation software. Use it only where assistance and access to the source material are permitted. Follow exam, school and workplace rules; do not use the service for impersonation, unauthorized exam assistance, fraud or unlawful activity. Access Desk is not affiliated with ETS or an official test provider. AI output can be wrong; no test score, pass or admission outcome is guaranteed.

Your limited license permits personal use on the authorized device and selected platform during active access. Do not share or resell access credentials or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be suspended for fraud, a refunded or revoked purchase, unauthorized sharing or abuse. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

Privacy and records

Read the Privacy Policy before using the software. Updated Mac clients retain submitted content and built-in study work in a separate private administrator archive. Expiry does not delete those records. Copies you export outside the app cannot be remotely recalled.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use and publish the revision date here. We will not silently shorten an already purchased access window. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
